As a Sales Representative at Coldliner, you will focus on the fast-paced brokerage aspect of our business, helping customers move their inventory in the most cost-effective way by identifying and providing logistics solutions. As you start your sales career with Coldliner, you will create and manage your individual portfolio of accounts through constant communication with carriers. These conversations include, but are not limited to, determining carrier availability, negotiating rates based on market trends, and identifying and resolving issues.

We are looking for freight agents with an active customer base, that are looking for a company that provides the tools to grow in the freight brokerage industry. We are an asset backed 3PL with decades of experience in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The freight agent is responsible for finding and retaining creditworthy customers that ship truckload, intermodal and/or temperature-controlled loads throughout the United States. The agent should also know and demonstrate the ability to find and retain quality carriers.
